- LSLisa SaraApr 26, 20261.0Soooo bummed! On an out of town weekend with my daughter; wanted to get her a special watch! Ended up at Cartier; and landed her a weekend memory item! The lady (with no customers in the store, said she was busy and I had to wait; the security guard was too sweet and tried to maintain the sales) was too busy. Maybe because i was in sports gear. Not sure, but I was dying to buy the Tiffany dainty watch for my daughter, which I will. Just not at this store. HORRIBLE SERVICE

- SSshirley scipioMar 31, 20261.0I purchased a bracelet…and the order was incorrect.. took the bracelet to Tiffany at Hudson Yard..to get a repair…I card Tiffany to see if bracelet was ready..the contact center say yes…so I went to Tiffany at Hudson Yard..she was very nasty and rude..I am so disappointed at customer service there..I guess she feel black people don’t have money…she was very mistaken…
