  I worked with Kim today, not with the intention of buying and she was so conversational and quick to study the kind of frames I liked! She adapted to my needs even as a casual customer and was so welcoming and just bright such a bright vibe to the space! Everyone seemed so happy to be there so thank you to Kim (and Steph as well) for brightening my afternoon shopping experience!

  Least helpful group of employees I’ve ever met on a Sunday afternoon. They were all standing around talking amongst themselves. The store wasn’t busy. I tried on glasses by myself for 15 minutes and walked out without ever being approached.

  the people here are so sweet. i had such a positive experience here i was raving about it for 2 days. i forgot my salesperson’s name, i wish i didn’t so i could rave about him here. everyone was so nice though! and asked me questions about what i was planning to wear them for, i felt like i was shopping with a friend. i ended up getting the cutest pair of sunglasses. completely elevated my look! so happy! thank you sunglass hut for making my first experience here amazing!

  I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut this weekend. Ryan was very helpful without being pushy while I browsed. He gave great suggestions and helped me choose between two pairs. He also told me about a buy one get one 40% off deal, so I was able to get both. One pair wasn’t in stores, but Ryan went out of his way to check in the back and found it for me.
