  I placed an online order and called the store and spoke with Kala. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with her. She was very informative and answered my questions. That same day I went to pick up my sunglasses and she was there to help me. I wound up buying a second pair from her. Great store and her customer service is outstanding. Thanks again!

  We had an outstanding experience at Sunglass Hut at 523 Broadway NYC! Kala immediately welcomed us and took the time to thoroughly explain all the features of the Meta glasses, answered every question we had, and made sure my son felt comfortable and confident with his very first pair of glasses. There was never any pressure—just genuine patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service.

  Ray. Ray is my guy. He fixed a pair of Prada sunglasses that three other places have tried to bend back into shape. It only took him a couple of minutes and he knew exactly what to do. Such a pro. The other employees in the store were so friendly. The best Sunglass Hut I’ve been to 🙏🏼 Thank you guys!
