  If you are a foreigner who is not fluent in English, be very careful at this store. Today, I almost purchased two pairs of sunglasses here. The staff apparently assumed we wouldn’t understand English well. They told us that a cleaning kit was a “bundle” with one of the sunglasses and made it sound as if it was included with the purchase. They simply asked us to choose a color for the kit. Then, at checkout, they casually scanned the cleaning kit as a separate item and tried to charge us for it. When I questioned the charge, they repeatedly insisted, “It’s a bundle,” which made no sense because it clearly wasn’t free. Only after I repeatedly asked them to remove it did they finally take it off the bill. The purchase ultimately did not go through because the staff were unable to properly operate their own system. If you visit this store, be cautious when dealing with the three female staff members. They appeared to work together in an attempt to push a very questionable “deal” on us. To make matters worse, after the purchase was canceled, I explicitly asked them to delete my personal information. Despite my request, they used my information without my consent and added me to their mailing list anyway. Looking back, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing and highly unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is not completely comfortable communicating in English pay close attention to every item being added to the bill before making a purchase.

  At check out the saleswoman forced me to buy the bundled cleaning supply package that comes with the Ray Ban shades because they were a “packaged deal.” But the package isn’t even the same brand. Feel kinda sprung upon by the strange sales tactic.

  What an empathetic, funny, and informative team Vee, Nadine, and Renè are. They are all exemplary, very easy-going, and genuinely caring and informative people! I walked out with my second pair of Ray Bans and am looking forward to seeing (in a couple years) what I can add to my collection of high-quality sunglasses delivered by a high-quality team!
