I had an odd situation happen and he did everything he could to make it right so I didn’t have to come back on another day. I greatly appreciate his help! Store is clean and has lots of choices to choose from on 3rd floor in Columbus Circle mall

This employee didn’t take his eyes off me for a single second, and actually sprinted behind me while I was trying on glasses just to check the shelves. Absolutely obnoxious, trashy behavior from a heavy-set young man (didn’t catch his name) who clearly has zero understanding of basic customer service for something as basic and simple a providing service for sunglasses. I can see why this place always empty.

The sales assistant Bryanna dropped my glasses onto the floor and broke them, never said sorry, then gave me an attitude saying the glasses broke because they're old and it had nothing to do with her. The other sales assistant saw everything unfold, and just stayed quiet and therefore complicit. AVOID
