Many places only had classic boring styles and anything trendy at other stores were extremely pricey. I found a chunky loafer with the help of a friendly store associate. The store was clean they helped get me in and out within 20 mins and their selection of shoes was great. The mens selection as opposed to competitors has verity and thoughtful design. Steven maddens associates were kind, sociable, and fashionable. My associate had on a wonderful outfit paired with a Steven madden shoe that I would never think to purchase but her styling convinced me and her recommendations help me easily find what I needed wish I could remember her name but thank you ☺️ ms. Trendy!

Darice in particular went above and beyond for me and genuinely did everything she could to make sure I got an online order picked up within a very tight turn around for an event I had, I would have had an absolute disaster on my hands had it not been for her. While most shops had friendly staff, this store had the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Haley for her outstanding customer service for my daughter. The staff helped us find what we didn’t even know we were looking for! From the minute we walked in the door until we walked out with my daughter’s shoes, the staff were 100! 10/10 would recommend.
