  I want to give a huge shoutout to Valarie, who was a tremendous help during a shoe crisis. My wife's sandal broke while we were near Times Square. We stopped by, and she quickly assisted us in finding a replacement pair that matched our style and budget perfectly! We will be shopping here again!

  They refused to serve me at 10:05pm arguing they close at 10pm, but both Google Maps and their website have 11pm listed as their closing time.

  Great selection, horrible staff the entire store has Hispanic sales people, very little diversity for time square. No sense of urgency, the team overly fraternizing with staff. They have no sales associates in the men’s department and each time you ask or a size a specific size they bring out a larger size or smaller size and when you give feedback about the fact that they keep bringing out the wrong size he says this is their practice. If you don’t have the size don’t give me the shoe. the GM Eddie in my opinion does not show any type of concern and did not provide his dm email he only gave her name unacceptable behavior
