  Absolutely disrespectful service. Purchased a shoe two days ago, wore it once and on my way to work a chunk of the rubber sole came off. Went to exchange it for the same shoe just one that wouldn’t break on me. Manny told me that he couldn’t do anything cause I already wore it and said that “it’s because of how you walk”. No shoe will break after one wear because of how you “walk”. He then told me that I should have not wore them for that whole day and should’ve went home and changed my shoes instead of going to work when they broke, and that that’s what he would do…

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The associate who helped me (a short woman with black hair) told me that no other locations had the shoe I was looking for and that the damaged floor model was the only one available. She also stated that the item would be final sale and stated that I needed to purchase another item in order to take the 20% off the damaged pair. She only applied the loyalty-program promotion instead of damaged discount, and did not offer any additional discount for the visible damage on the shoe. The interaction felt more focused on completing the sale and earning commission than on providing honest customer service. I left feeling misled and disappointed by the overall experience.

  Angelina I'm going to say it again Angelina girl you did your thing okay I understand you guys did not have my size for my shoes that I really really wanted but you did your thing on literally helping me on the phone with just a little bit of time because I know that you guys are busy I do appreciate you taking your time to literally give me the advice and FYI I'm literally clicking pre-order for my shoes thank you girl continue the great customer service 1,000 % guys listen to me if you come to this location please ask for only Angelina because trust me believe the customer service that I received was amazing yes girl you rock :)
