  I came in this store a couple of days ago looking for some cute sunglasses. I saw 2 online that I liked and I wanted to see if they had them. I told the sales associates, London and Ashley (not sure of name) about the Micas and SL 557 i was looking for. They did not seem to know the products that well and especially not the sunglasses. Nevertheless they were welcoming. I ended up finding the SL 557 Plump in brown. They were cute. London said he was going to the back to find a fresh pair and would put together the bag. I waited in the front with Ashley and we chatted for about 10-15 minutes before London came back to say it was ready and he just needed my card. I gave him my card and he gave me the bag, sealed. It was not until I got home that night that I discovered the glasses were used. They had fingerprints all over and some of the writing on the glasses was fading. I was very upset. The glasses were not even in a box. They were in a case with a cloth. I have never bought designer shades that did not come in a branded box with info about the glasses. So I went all the way back to Saks the next morning to promptly take the glasses back. London was there and asked me what was I doing back. No actual greeting, he knew why. I told him the issue and that I wanted a refund. He offered new shades, which I declined because why was I not given new shades in the first place. He never apologized and never explained why I was given old shades. For my first experience at YSL, I was very disappointed and expected better of the brand.

  I had the best shopping experience at this location. The team is so entuned with customers. Probably out of the all the locations I've been to from Beverly hills to Miami & NYC. NYC was very consistent & very personable & the 2 visits were both very strong happy memories. The lady that helped me today was gentle in her conversation. Extremely memorable individual who stands out from all the locations I've been to. I love saint Laurent, in general the ready to wear items are very wearable on a day to day. The price points are reasonable in compared to other stores. The main issue is....I love saint Laurent too much & end up needing to hold myself back from over buying. For example I got 2 really nice travel cases with lots of functionality in a nice leather & 2 dress, gloves. Only a few months ago & now back finding more. It's so easy to find something to take home at saint Laurent vs most others. The team here is 100% delivering on luxury shopping experience. This location is where I'd buy my next special product in a heartbeat.

  Tiffany was amazing! She let me check out my dream bag and ordered it in the size I wanted and kept in touch regarding pickup details. This was my first designer bag and the experience working with Tiffany was amazing. She’s very welcoming and friendly.

  I’ve been trying to place and get a hold of this location in regards of an order and everyone seems to be home today and decided not to show up to work. Lol thank Goodness LV is nearby.
