  I did not purchase anything but my niece did. We worked with Cooper and when I say he is a 10 out of 10… I mean he’s a 10 out of 10 and BEYOND! Some people leave a lasting impression of themselves and Cooper did just that! I visit the city a few times a year and my 1st St. Laurent purchase will be here and has to be with Cooper ! I cannot go anywhere else and I won’t! The store was so clean and the staff all had smiles on their faces :) Definitely the best boutique and Cooper went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the experience was nothing short of 5 stars !

  Do better - you sell luxury so there has to be acceptable customer service. The people who work at this location go out of their way to be rude - notable moments include being ridiculed for asking to try on a size larger than the denim I had in hand with the employee saying “it’s rare we even have YOUR size, we will never carry the sizes above” (FYI-wear a size 28. Pretty avg). And she indeed did have the size above in store. Just has to ask 3X. Getting denim pinned, confirming I liked the pinned height and then some random other employee undoing it and yelling at me bc I couldn’t remember exactly where the pin I originally liked was….just gross. To treat any customer let alone someone spending a couple grand with you this way is unacceptable. Find new staff or find a new location - get off 5th ave

  Great store, great associates. They helped me out so many times with my purchases without any judgement. I cannot recommend this store enough

  The collection they have is suberb and it's right on the famous 57th street. Worth the experience. From designer purses from common to niche and from all sizes that could match your preference. The quality is unmatched and worth to splurge when you deserve a treat
