  My son was in the hospital for months and as a gift he wanted Ray-Ban Meta glasses. When he finally got out of the hospital and saw them, they were not the correct model. Because he was in the hospital so long, the 45 day return period had elapsed. Ray-Ban has refused to exchange them, even though I've offered to provide proof of the hospitalization. At some point common sense and humanity should kick in. I'm finished with this company.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I ordered online with expedited shipping, then waited a week. I called UPS to check on my package, only to find out it got lost in transit. They told me to contact Ray-Ban. Ray-Ban puts me on hold for 30 minutes, then tells me that I’d have to wait another week to receive an email, and only then could I request a replacement order. I eventually canceled the order.

  Terrible service. Based on the reviews I've read, it seems this is a recurring issue at this location. The store appeared to be severely understaffed, with only one employee trying to help everyone. Unfortunately, he had poor customer service skills and seemed overwhelmed as multiple customers were trying to get his attention. Meanwhile, another employee was sitting at a desk laughing and chatting with someone instead of helping the waiting customers
