Julio was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He was so helpful in picking my perfect pair!! Def look for him if you’re at this store. He’s the best.

I wasn’t greeted or guided through my experience here and honestly this is why I’ve purchased my stuff from outside sellers like Kohl’s or sunglass hut because I’ve never had a warm experience at this site. It’s is a bummer because I like to buy more pairs here when it comes to specific sizing that you cannot get or have access to at an outside seller. The staff member who rung me out was very very very condescending and almost scolding me when I had questions. It’s almost like I was told the last 2 pairs of glasses I got which weren’t popular sellers were the “last pairs” to avoid looking in the back. I know they were short staffed but we had been waiting in a long line an hour and a half before closing for assistance so we were NOT the jerks who came in seconds before closing so the attitude was not ok. I almost left after agreeing to a pair because I felt very scolded by the staff member who kept repeating “oh my god am I done yet, I’m so over this” out loud. I’m very empathetic and kind towards workers of all kind so this made me bummed enough to write a review on not appreciating the condescending attitude towards my purchase. I get being stressed from understaffing and that being an employers issue but please be more kind to those empathetic and willing to wait. I was upset by the person who was rude to me ringing me out despite communicating I am totally okay to wait to not stress ☹️

We just visited the store and left very disappointed with the service. We had already decided on the item we wanted, asked for the correct size, and were ready to make a purchase. However, instead of helping us with the size we requested, the female consultant kept offering completely different sizes and different items, even though we had clearly explained what we wanted.
What upset us the most was that the consultant suddenly switched her attention to another customer without even listening to us to the end. In the end, we left the store feeling very disappointed and were unable to buy anything. We expected more attentive and respectful customer service.

I’ve always liked Ray-Ban, so this was honestly disappointing. I went into the SoHo store for a super simple repair—just replacing the nose pads. At first, they told me it would take 2–3 weeks. Then suddenly it could be done the same day… then “actually, tomorrow.”
It just felt all over the place. No clear answer, no ownership—just constant back-and-forth. As someone who’s come back to the brand multiple times, I expected a much smoother experience.
Love the product, but the customer service at this location really needs work.

Literally the worst and most unprofessional location. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the woman that “helped” me. I came in to pick up my new frames that I ordered online. Prescription glasses that I need asap which is why I ordered them for pick up in store. I came all the way from Jersey & this one the closest location to me. Upon walking in I gave the sales woman my name multiple times, because she talked to me from across the room instead of actually walking me to the counter. She couldn’t hear me, and asked me to repeat myself multiple times from across the room instead of coming up to me. I had my suitcase with me so wasn’t trying to go all around the store dragging my luggage which she could clearly see. I asked her if she needed my order number to help her locate my order. She kept telling me my order wasn’t under my name which it was and if she would’ve let me give her the order number she would’ve seen that. She also never checked the email I had pulled up in hand even tho I mentioned it to her. She proceeded to wander around the store for almost 30mins aimlessly trying to locate my glasses and then came back to the computer. This woman proceeded to tell me my glasses had not arrived when they in fact did. I walked out of the store to get service and check the UPS tracking. Then walked back in and demanded a manager. Instead of apologizing she says “We were just about to call you” with my box in her hand. I thought they weren’t arriving till the 20th tho!?! My glasses were there the entire time and these idiots just acted clueless to what I was talking about. I am so disappointed with my experience and this store and will NEVER be back. My frames need to be adjusted but I will take them to the Hudson Yards shop!
