  My son was in the hospital for months and as a gift he wanted Ray-Ban Meta glasses. When he finally got out of the hospital and saw them, they were not the correct model. Because he was in the hospital so long, the 45 day return period had elapsed. Ray-Ban has refused to exchange them, even though I've offered to provide proof of the hospitalization. At some point common sense and humanity should kick in. I'm finished with this company.

  Needed to make an exchange from glasses bough in Europe. Was informed via email that the exchange is possible and can be made at the discretion of the store manager. Received a hard NO upon calling since the store has NO manager! Asked for help again with another possible solution and was told that it wouldnt work there. Really bad costumer service from such a big international brand

  Long story short I have the meta ray bans and after updating them my speakers will work whenever they wanted to, everyday was a hit or miss.I created a warranty claim online and waited their waiting period so they can get verify the proof of purchase, after a week they will send me an email saying to upload a photo(literally that’s what the email said) with no specific instructions I sent pictures of the glasses. They closed that claim without any follow up and having me create a new ticket with proof of purchase, so I did just that but once I reached the part where I’d had to upload the photos I was only limited to one photo so I was able to upload that one part of the receipt, the secondary part I wasn’t able to upload since I had no option to upload a secondary picture. After waiting a few days I contacted Ray Ban online through chat where again I had to upload the proof of purchase so that the representative I was chatting with created another warranty ticket, then they tell me someone will follow up with me in about 2 hours. I waited a few days and nothing so I reached out again via chat and guess what? Yup I had to upload once again the proof or purchase to be told again someone will contact me in 24hrs. A few days go by and nothing so After a dew days I called them directly and I had no update the only thing they said was the rep I was chatting with prior created a new ticket that I had to wait a few more days.I’ve been waiting for 2 and a half weeks and Getting a warranty claim with this company is a hassle they give you the runaround and they stall like there’s no tomorrow.
