- SSSkierlaw3 days ago1.0Terrible experience with accusatory staff. Went in to get help with a problem with my RayBan meta glasses. Employee advised that the issue was misuse because they glasses were too small causing them to stretch, yet glasses were perfect fit and bought from Lens Crafters and they provided no support. Reached out to RayBan online with pictures and immediately warrantied the glasses. Do not go to this store.

I came in thinking I had an appointment for the regular AI glasses, but she explained the Meta ones and walked me through everything without making me feel overwhelmed. Even though I didn’t buy the Meta glasses, she helped me find the perfect style for the gen 2, gave honest opinions, and even helped me set up Klarna. She was down‑to‑earth, kind, and made the whole experience amazing. Highly recommend seeing Liz!
