  I visited the Ralph Lauren Madison Avenue men’s flagship store on July 4. At around 5:20 p.m., the sales associate assisting me was wonderful—patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful while I was still selecting items on the third floor. Unfortunately, the experience changed when a manager, Kornelia, urgently asked the associate to bring me downstairs before I had finished shopping. After carrying all of my selections to the first floor, we were told the registers there were already closed, so we had to carry everything back to the third floor to complete the purchase. During checkout, the manager appeared visibly unhappy and left without saying anything, which made me feel as though I had done something wrong. I truly appreciate the excellent service from the sales associate, but I hope the store can improve communication and treat both customers and staff with greater courtesy.

  I booked an alteration service here. And I was informed that the service was not available because the tailor department was very busy due to the wedding season. So they no longer accept not recently bought Ralph Lauren Suit for Alteration. It sounds normal right? However they didn’t inform me once I booked the service. The connector literally texted me 4 minutes before the reservation. And I was already on my way to the store. I just wasted 2 hours of my weekend because of this.

  Had a bad experience here. Maybe because of my race or what i’m wearing. Im not from around here but in asia, ralph lauren staff has excellent service and always treated their customers with utmost respect. I came in to the store and greeted your salesperson with respect however they showed no sense of warmth. Hope to see the staff here have more warmth and empathy for people of colour. Thank you

  The worst experience in the world!! The sales associate named Susan which is horrible bc my name is Susan was absolutely so rude and impatient and snarky and gossiped about us so much behind our back. She was so lazy too telling us she’s not going to help us find things and just to leave! My family is in town from Korea for my wedding and she so racist and unpleasant to them. I don’t know what caused her to be so bitter and snobby but I don’t believe someone like that represents the Ralph Lauren brand like that. On a pleasant note, Andre was the kindest person ever and I really hope he goes far in life because he really deserves it!!! He makes Ralph Lauren feel much more elegant and high class.
