- AWArata Kawabe (Wissenshaften)May 7, 20261.0Beautiful store with a great atmosphere, and I genuinely loved the experience at first. However, there was a serious issue with the tailoring service. I explicitly requested cuffed hems multiple times and paid accordingly for that service, yet the trousers were still delivered with plain hems. Despite this clear mismatch between request, payment, and outcome, the staff did not take responsibility for the mistake. Communication was also extremely poor, with no meaningful response for an extended period. Eventually, I was told to bring the trousers all the way to New York so they could convert the plain hem into a double cuff. Expecting a customer to travel internationally to correct a basic tailoring error is completely unreasonable. Once fabric is cut, it cannot simply be “restored”—this is not a reversible mistake. As a result, I lost trust in a flagship store that I expected to handle even a simple alteration properly. It feels like buying a beautifully designed car that doesn’t run. I was able to purchase a great pair of trousers, but they are now unwearable. In the end, I’m left with frustration over wasted time and money, which overshadowed what should have been a premium experience.
