- LSLarry S5 days ago1.0I purchased 4 pair of pants. The guys were very nice, helpful and gave me 15% off. They didn’t have my size (36x30) so they told me to get the 36x32 and just shorten the length. Turned out that, after going home and trying them on again, they were too baggy and turned out that the 36x30’s would have fit perfect. They wouldn’t accept the return/swap because the label was removed. When I was there to buy they were really happy and nice, but not so much when I tried to return the pants. It’s always about the money. Very disappointed in the return service and business practice. I spent almost $900 as a first time buyer. If customer acquisition is their goal they are failing.

They have taken over a month to process my return and are giving me weak excuses. This is supposed to be a luxury brand and I've gotten better care at Temu.. . At this point they are just stealing my money. The jeans were not even the quality of what a $225 pair of jeans should be. I'm beyond angry, thus writing this review for a store that had nothing to do with my order. I apologize for that but i just need my money back.
