- LSLarry SJul 21, 20261.0I purchased 4 pair of pants. The guys were very nice, helpful and gave me 15% off. They didn’t have my size (36x30) so they told me to get the 36x32 and just shorten the length. Turned out that, after going home and trying them on again, they were too baggy and turned out that the 36x30’s would have fit perfect. They wouldn’t accept the return/swap because the label was removed. When I was there to buy they were really happy and nice, but not so much when I tried to return the pants. It’s always about the money. Very disappointed in the return service and business practice. I spent almost $900 as a first time buyer. If customer acquisition is their goal they are failing.

I normally, exclusively wear all black. Every once in awhile when I want some other neutrals, Rag & Bone is where I shop. Ask for Beau. He's phenomenal.
