  The customer service at this store was terrible. The staff showed no interest in helping customers and acted like assisting us was an inconvenience. Every time we asked a question, we got short, dismissive answers like, “It’s in the back,” with no effort to actually help. Instead of assisting customers, the employees spent their time standing around talking to each other. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

  Story time: I walked into the store with my daughter and the greeter was very welcoming. As I descended downstairs in hopes to find a couple of items for my husband as a Father’s Day gift. A lady was folding some items, looked over at us and continued folding. I waited patiently to make eye contact or have an associate come ask us for any help and we were ignored. As more people came downstairs to look around they were greeted and told they would be helped as we kept being ignored by this lady. (Mind you other associates were walking around and ignoring us) I finally spoke up and politely asked if I could get some help. The lady who was folding clothes finally made eye contact and in an annoyed manner said she would get an associate to help us. She came back with someone who looked us up and down like he who was also annoyed and asked us what we needed help with. I pointed out to a shirt and asked for a specific size and he retrieved it for me and asked if that would be all and I said no, I want another shirt in the same size and he assumed I wanted him to put back the first shirt I asked for in which I said no I wanted them both. I felt rushed as if they didn’t want to help and wanted me out the store. When I went to pay he asked for an email address I said I would use my husbands (who is an avid Ralph Lauren’s lover and loyal customer for years) but I didn’t want him to know I purchased anything) the associate then said “you know what it’s whatever and waved it off” which I found to be very rude of him. I purchased my stuff and left. This was not a very pleasant experience in this store and hasn’t been my first time in this store ( I usually have chase help me but unfortunately he wasn’t in that day) I think they need to work on not judging people based on their looks in this store since it clearly isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this particular store.

  Inattentive. That sums it up. The only person who acknowledged me was the asset protection person. I looked at every dress in the front of the store and then walked to the women's section in the back. 3 salespeople were chatting, looked me up and down, and continued their conversation. No hello, no can I help you, nothing. I like Ralph Lauren clothing. Good quality. Classy and timeless. I didn't like this in store experience.
