  Extremely disappointing to witness this kind of behavior being allowed in a premium retail environment. Customers were changing and trying on clothes in the middle of the showroom, with underwear and exposed stomachs on full display — completely out in the open. To add to this, there were groups of guys sitting around openly drinking and taking full advantage of the couches. Whatever happened to basic etiquette, discretion, and respect for the environment and for other customers? A premium shopping experience should feel refined, welcoming, and respectful — not like a place where anything goes as long as people are spending money. If a brand chooses to represent class and elegance, those values should be reflected not only in the clothes, but also in the atmosphere and standards it allows inside its stores. Money can buy a product. It should not mean abandoning standards. Class, discretion, and good taste still matter.

  Honestly, really disappointing experience at Polo Ralph Lauren. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly, so I had a good first impression. But as soon as I actually needed help, the experience completely changed. I clearly explained that I was looking for a gift, but the staff didn’t really seem interested in helping me. They had an attitude, didn’t think along with me, and I had to keep asking questions myself just to find the right size. I ended up spending around 30 minutes in the store trying to find a good gift, which felt like a complete waste of time. And the worst part? As I was leaving, I noticed the shirt I wanted in the exact size I had been looking for, upstairs. Meanwhile, the staff had repeatedly told me they didn’t have it. If you need actual help while shopping, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this store.

  Terrible. Very disappointing experience. The staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked about a size, I was told it wasn't available, but I ended up finding it myself. It also felt like certain customers, particularly those who appeared wealthier, received more attention and better service than others. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and overall the customer service fell well below expectations.

  It was so nice. The site is very nice and clean, the atmosphere was very welcoming. We were given water, the sales associate was so nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back. Thank you!
