  I can’t say enough about how professional and knowledgeable the entire staff is. Everyone was friendly and made the shopping experience easy without being pushy. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection.

  Less than a month after spending thousands of dollars on a bag from McQueen from their newest collection, I brought it in for a repair. This was in January. They said too much time had passed for an exchange. I was told that I would have to wait around a month for it to be repaired, but that I would receive updates via text from staff letting me know its status. It’s April now and I still don’t have my bag back. Every update I’ve received has been because I’ve contacted McQueen first to ask. When I expressed concern about the lack of communication, I was told that this was normal for the brand. I’m extremely disappointed to say the least. I’ve spent more time waiting for my bag to be repaired than actually using it, and the customer service I received has been the worst I’ve ever experienced from a major fashion house. I doubt I will be purchasing from McQueen again. If your McQueen product has an issue, good luck!
