  Super pretentious staff. They are incredibly unwelcoming, rude and unhelpful. I went in for a return and dealt with a lady who barely looked at the shoes and refused to take my return because she claimed the shoes were "worn" due to the dust at the bottom of the shoe from when I tried them on. They had stayed in the box since trying them on, but I guess she didnt want to deal with the hassle of a return because she was repeatedly telling me to try the other location. Another staff member walked by to "discreetly" see what was going on and proceeded to walk away. I purchased these shoes at the other location at Hudson Yards and had an incredible experience with the staff. I ended up going back to them for the return and they inspected the shoes and completed the return. Different staff than the first time I went and still just as kind and helpful.

  Absolutely exceptional experience at Marc Jacobs Prince Street! I couldn’t recommend this store highly enough, and in particular, Bridget deserves a huge thank you for going so far above and beyond. I was visiting New York from the UK and wanted to purchase a Dakota Tote personalised with hand-painted portraits of my two dogs. As I was going to miss the Bark Jacobs event, I contacted the store to see if there was any way this could be arranged before my visit. Bridget was incredibly helpful from the very beginning and went out of her way to make it happen. She worked with the artist to accommodate my request, set the bag aside for me, helped me work through the placement and design, and even arranged for my dogs’ names, Berger and Happy, to be added in script. She kept me updated throughout the process and made what could have been a complicated remote order feel completely effortless. When Bridget let me know that my bag was ready for collection, I was genuinely so excited, and the finished piece was incredibly special. It’s now a completely unique keepsake that I’ll treasure for years. Bridget is a credit to Marc Jacobs. Her kindness, enthusiasm, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you so much, Bridget, and thank you to the Prince Street team for making something so meaningful possible!

  I can’t say enough about this store and the people who work in it. I have been a HUGE fan of Marc Jacobs since 2007, and while I mostly collect his older work, the Prince Street boutique has played such a big role in me falling back in love with Marc’s newer fashion. I’m especially grateful for the events spearheaded by the wonderful manager, Bridget that really build a community and serve as anchor to engage with the brand. Every person that works there is so kind and helpful, not to mention generous in indulging my chattiness. I’m especially thankful to Ivanna who, among other things, helped me coordinate a very complicated special order. She went out of her way to put the pieces together, and its employees like her that make me feel even more affinity to this company. I ❤️ ya, Prince Street team!!

  I had fabulous shopping experience this past December at the this store location. Variety of items to choose from. Everyone was kind, helpful and we were greeted upon entering the store. I can not wait to go back for some more goodies!
