  COY IS HEAVEN SENT! I called the store to ask if they had one of my dream bags in stock and unfortunately they did not. But Coy was able to pull some strings and help me get the bag! He was super communicative through the whole process. He was kind, helpful, and made the whole experience amazing. Thank you Coy :)
