  Storm is simply amazing! She is incredibly professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me put together outfits that I absolutely love. Her attention to detail, honest styling advice, and warm personality made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It is rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Madewell is lucky to have a stylist like Storm. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers and represents the company in the best possible way. I highly recommend asking for Storm if you visit this store. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

  Loyal Customer from 84th and Madison to the new location on 3rd Ave, I tried returning a purchase I was told by an associate and manager the previous day I could and they would honor it; however when I returned today the MOD Alex refused to honor it and stated that her associates were wrong. She even said that the item didn’t “exist” anymore, even though it’s an available item online. Alex needs retail etiquette classes, an occasional smile and not throw her employees under the bus.
