Great place to get athleisure apparel, some items may be overpriced but the materials are durable and comfortable. There was a good bit of ‘asian fit’ apparel.

Terrible customer service
I bought a Lululemon top as a gift for my girlfriend, but unfortunately the size didn’t fit her. I went back to the store to exchange it for a different size. The item was completely unused and in perfect condition, yet they refused to exchange it.
I honestly find it ridiculous that a company like Lululemon has such an inflexible and unhelpful return/exchange policy. When you buy something as a gift, it’s completely normal for the size not to work. The item was brand new, and I was simply asking to exchange it for the correct size.
After this experience, I will definitely think twice before spending money at Lululemon again. The products may be good, but when the customer service is this disappointing, the high prices are simply not worth it.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this store.

Staff were very rude and unhelpful in this store. I was wanting to purchase a significant amount but decided to leave the store and purchase online instead.
This is another place that will have a bad review, but it will not change anything.
The positive is, this place is massive and because it is so big, there is overwhelming amount of staff. However, the staff has to be the worst trained staff by Lulu. They do not stalk you around the store, they do not care if you need help, they prefer to stay huddled up. Needless to say, there was items I wanted to buy and I ended up leaving, because I could not get any staff attention.
I am an avid shopper for Lulu, but have never seen this in any of their stores, ever. They for sure need some secret shopper(s) from corporate.
While I was in the fitting room, I asked to try a size 10, and the associate responded, “I don’t think you need a 10. The item is downstairs, so it might take some time to get.”
I wasn’t asking for sizing advice—I was simply asking to try that size. I prefer a looser fit, and it’s not appropriate to make assumptions about what size a customer should wear unless they specifically ask for help. People may also be pregnant, recovering from a medical condition, or experiencing weight changes for many different reasons. Comments about someone’s body or size can easily make people uncomfortable.
What made the interaction more frustrating was that it also felt like she was reluctant to get the size I requested. The fitting room service exists so customers can try different sizes and styles without having to leave the fitting room, so requesting another size shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience.
I hope the store reminds associates to avoid making assumptions about customers’ sizing preferences and simply provide the size that’s requested. Customers should feel comfortable trying whatever size they choose, without feeling judged or discouraged.
