- SPShamit PatelAug 23, 20261.0I went to refill my Lulu gift card at this store with my Amex. There are plenty of recent Reddit posts stating this how to get $75 refill for the Amex credit. The store wouldn’t even try to put $75 on the card stating policy ( not ability to do it) — only allowing multiples of $50. The clothes are nice and are already overpriced by 150% — so why does the corporate greed need to make profit on store credit gift cards. I usually just give the gift cards to my friends since I don’t shop here. Employees were very pleasant but had been extensively prepped to discourage gift card sales for Amex customers!!!

- NMNatalie MarcusJan 14, 20245.0I had such a great experience with the customer service here. The zipper on my winter coat broke and I brought it in to see if they could repair it. They don’t repair zippers and didn’t have the same coat in stock anymore to replace, but let me pick any coat in the store to swap. I was in and out with a new coat within 10 minutes.
