  Had a very uncomfortable interaction while making a return. I usually use a screenshot of my order email for returns because I never know when I won't have service. The lady who processed my return look at me, looked at my screenshot on my phone and said she had to see the actual return email. Without even trying to scan the barcode on the phone. After I showed her the email, she then continued the return. I asked her why I needed the actual email and she said because they don't accept screenshots. What if I was returning for someone else? Why would having the actual email make a difference if I have the return barcode? I'm a black guy and I usually encounter micro-aggressions on a daily basis. But this one was quite apparent. Do better, Lululemon.

  Seems like they have a lot of products, but they don’t. The staff is not really helpful and friendly.

  I like this location as of course, the location itself is convenient, people working here are helpful and friendly. And the store itself offers tailoring your purchased clothes for free, which is such a good bonus:)
