  Easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Lululemon in the city. With Vuori around the corner and another Lulu on 5th, I’d rather go there. First time I’ve ever been reprimanded by staff for “interrupting” after I was literally asked a question.

  Stopped by Lululemon just a moment ago to buy some underwear and asked if they had an XL sample I could look at just to get an idea of the sizing. I wasn’t asking to try it on, just wanted to see it opened up. The associate laughed at the question, which felt pretty dismissive. I then asked if they could give me the measurements. After asking twice, they finally did, but it felt like they were annoyed that I was even asking. definitely not the level of customer service I’d expect when I’m trying to make a purchase. Left with a pretty bad impression.

  Had a really great experience at Lululemon on the Upper East Side thanks to Marcelo and the manager, Jake. Marcelo was incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely fun to work with. He helped me exchange a pair of pants for smaller sizes that were only available online and made the whole process seamless so I didn’t have to deal with the online exchange portal myself. Jake was also fantastic — very funny, personable, and helped make the entire exchange process feel completely stress-free. The new pants shipped out without any issues. Excellent customer service all around!

  Always hear so many reasons why I shouldn’t shop in store but today definitely changed that for me. I want to thank Lilly for her service and care through my shopping experience today. She helped me get and feel great about the items purchased today and helped me order something that was out of stock in store. Was very informative and welcoming. Thank you so much I was really having a rough day but you made my day today with your great customer service.

  Bad customer service. I feel like I am working for THEM, and they doing ME a favor. I left an item for alteration and they never called or emailed to let me know it was ready for pick up. Almost three weeks passed by. I called the store, nobody called me back. Finally I went back in person and the item was there the whole time! When I asked why they didn’t call, the sales person said ‘we don’t make phone calls’, and when I asked why didn’t you email me she said ‘sorry we had your email ending in .con not .com so it bounced back’. Honestly I don’t think the price is worth it, there are better brands out there.
