- MMMonaNov 13, 20241.0Gave my bag to be fixed at this location and it came back in worse condition. Had to wait for the associate to get approval to get my bag because no one was there. Waited 20 mins to get my bag when the store was empty. She said she can’t leave to get me my bag. Then my bag was in terrible condition. The manager spoke to me and said her staff did a “complimentary cleaning which they don’t do.” My bag had dusty finger prints when I went to pick it up and the associate used a baby wipe. I wouldn’t call that a complimentary cleaning. However she insisted they went above and beyond because of this cleaning. Such terrible service.
