- EKEdward KielySep 28, 20263.0Very hit or miss. I’ve had great experiences and not so great. The guys working the mens department could act a little more interested customers. Otherwise we might as well just shop online or at banana republic. Had a lot of great help on the woman’s floor for a friend though.
- EGEve GSep 18, 20261.0I just walked the entire length of the non-busy store, past 6 employees, 2 of which looked like supervisors who were chit chatting near the entrance. I was not greeted, asked if I needed assistance while looking at a dress, or addressed in any type of way. One aimless associate also kept getting in my way & seemingly followed me as I tried to look at merchandise. Hmmmm! Very poor training & lack of awareness by the entire staff with the exception of the security guard who smiled & said to me, "Have a nice day" as I walked out. That isn't even her job & she went above & beyond! The remaining were useless. Thanks for a substandard experience J. Crew staff!

Received fantastic service from a sales assistant (can't remember her name but she had dyed orange/pink hair) who was fantastic at advising on whether a sweater would fit/suit my girlfriend. My girlfriend was, in the end, over the moon with the piece and the fit - so huge thanks from the UK!

- BBBettyJul 4, 20261.0The store looks old, like the people who work there. These are the same people I saw 10 years ago, but now they are unhappy, grumpy, angry, and old. They all have a look as if they are tired and don't want to be bothered with customers. This include the women’s and men’s floors. It gave me the ick the first minute I got into the store. Also, the clothes are BORING. Never again!!!!!!!
