I really wanted to like ItsHot. The jewelry is beautiful! I ordered from them twice. The first order was a pendant. It's just fine. The second was a bracelet. I think I wore it about five times. I noticed some of the diamonds started missing. I contacted ItsHot. I was advised diamonds aren't covered under the 1 year warranty. I had the bracelet for a few months. The rep asked me to send it back and they will replace the diamonds free of charge. I received the bracelet back WITHOUT replacements. I laughed and tossed it in my drawer. Won't bother wearing it again. At least until the diamonds are replaced.
