  I was really disappointed with my experience at Intimacy. I purchased an expensive shirt that I only wore once and washed according to the instructions, and it immediately started pilling and looked very poor quality. When I went to return it, the associate I spoke with was dismissive and rude. Instead of listening to my concerns, she made a comment implying that the item wasn’t that expensive and that I shouldn’t be upset. For a store that sells higher priced items, I expected better quality and much better customer service. Unfortunately, I definitely won’t be shopping at this location again.

  The store is beautiful and have variety lingerie and the service from the staff is amazing especially Steph They will make you comfortable and will suggest you the best option for you!
