  After initially receiving a warm greeting and some help, the service quickly deteriorated. The employee assisting me stepped away to ring up another customer, leaving me waiting for about five minutes. When I asked for further assistance to get into a room, she responded that she was busy and suggested I go back myself, despite my hands being full. Things only got worse from there. I asked a salesperson for help finding different sizes of several items. One employee acknowledged me but simply mouthed to another that I needed help. Despite this, nobody assisted me. After standing there for over three minutes, I asked again, and they still ignored me. This is the worst place I have ever visited. All four employees I encountered were disrespectful and should be fired. I had expected better service from a reputed lingerie store. Trust me, stay away from this location and go to there other locations.

  Incompetent staff and terrible customer service. They messed up an exchange that made me lose $ and then said their “system” couldn’t fix the error (made by them in the first place). Incredibly shocking and disappointing experience, and a total waste of time and money- - definitely do not recommend a brand that cares so little about its customers.
