  BUYER BEWARE - do not do exchanges, only refunds. Only buy things that you 100% want to keep at a price you are happy with. Pros: They measure you correctly and are friendly. Cons: However, their product selection at this store is not as good as online. Also, if you go to do an exchange, they don’t tell you that any items you return from the exchange can only be refunded for store credit. Additionally, they are not able to issue price adjustments in store for online orders. You have to email the customer care team, who are then a pain about issuing a price adjustment.
