One staff member with 1:1 capacity so good luck getting in to browse (past 2 visits couldn’t even get in without waiting eons). My interest in this brand has dwindled as a result of this specific store - my future cash flows will not be allocated to Grand Seiko.

No line, and the guy didn’t even open the door to explain what was going on. He just stood on the inside and stared at his phone. GS is not an exclusive enough brand to be acting like this - it just comes across as rude and uncoordinated.
