  Incredibly unprofessional - refused to adjust my bracelet the way I asked them to and then proceeded to do adjustments I didn’t ask for and in the process scratched my bracelet in two different spots…. Ridiculously incompetent I literally left my visit speechless….

  Came in today to purchase a watch. The store only had one employee who was showing another customer a watch. I was surprised the employee did not even acknowledge or greet us—understandable if you’re working with a client but if it’s just the three of us in the store it would have been nice to have some sort of greeting or a “I’ll be right with you have a seat.” We were waiting 15 minutes without having had any greeting, as the customer and the employee was just chatting it up at the front of the store. Safe to say we didn’t want to waste any more time and are heading up to the midtown flagship instead. Save your time and go elsewhere—suggestion for this branch is to train your staff better.
