  Incredible staff and process! Taj, Aaron, and Chris were all super helpful and eager to assist; they were knowledgable and able to answer all my questions. I can't recommend this boutique and specifically the staff for all things Grand Seiko. Thank you!

  Warning! Seiko may treat you well when they’re selling you a watch, but once you step out the door it’s a completely different story. The crown fell off after 5 months of purchase! Any company that cares about their customers should fix something like that and apologize. Instead, you have to mail a defective watch in at your own expense to a facility in NJ. I was already annoyed that I would have to pay shipping, but then they informed me that the crown is not covered under warranty because it is “cosmetic.” I can’t set the time without the crown, and the only purpose of a watch is to tell time. Seems like a functional problem to me. The people at the “service” center seem to find joy in telling people no. They really just don’t care. Before you buy a GS for thousands of dollars from these guys, do yourself a favor, pretend you’ve purchased a Grand Seiko and have a broken crown or band or something, call their service center, see if you like how you’re treated.

  Brian helped me with my purchase and it was an incredible experience. The boutique was comfortable and I was able to celebrate my purchase with my family and enjoy the moment. Their watch selection was great. Highly recommend.
