  $150 for this? I got suckered into buying this for myself for my bday on Instagram and this is how it came. The driver is on a bike in hot weather and he said they refused to give him a bag. So how is a guy on a bike gonna get it here?! Called multiple times no answer! If I dont get a phone call back I will be doing a charge back. #Trash!!!

  I would give this zero stars if I were able to do so. I live in another state and ordered through the edible arrangement website to make a delivery for a family member in New York. The website was not allowing me to order both balloons and cookies to be delivered to the same person at the same address and kept wanting to charge me separately. I went ahead and placed the orders and on the day it was supposed to be delivered (6/2/26), I received a call from someone at the store stating that the cookies I ordered are not available. Why would they allow me to purchase the cookies if they don’t sell the cookies? I was driving to work and could not access the website and was told by the lady at the store that she would substitute with a fruit bouquet. That same afternoon, around 12:30, I received an email for each order stating that they both had been successfully delivered. A few hours later, close to 3 PM, I received another email saying they had attempted delivery and needed to try again. I immediately reached out to my family member to see if they were out of the office that day and were told, that no, they had been there all day. So, I called the store directly, and it went straight to voicemail. I did not receive a call back that day or since. I’ve left another voicemail as well as filled out the online customer service request form three times since Tuesday and have received no response from anyone in the company or the individual store. I have not been refunded my money in my family. Member has not received either of the orders. This is the most inept customer service I’ve dealt with and being out of state, I can’t physically go to the store to get someone in person to talk to me. I’m incredibly disappointed that they won’t at least reach out to me and try to explain what is going on.

  I placed an order for mother's day the night before. Mother's day comes I havent heard anything about my order it was 1pm. I called the store a couple times no one answers. I was working and I missed a phone call at 3pm from the store location in Dyckman NYC. I tried to call back immediately after, no one picks me. I called about 10 more times over time and no answer. I even left a voicemail. I got an email that the delivery at 4pm was unsuccessful. I called a couple more times nothing. I even did an online inquiring asking them to call me back. Didn't hear back. Mind you I live in Florida, my mom lives in NYC. I called my brother in NYC to go to the location In Dyckman to find out what's going on. They told him they didnt have my order in stock! They called me at 3pm to tell me that. My brother told them I been calling them all day. They said they havent heard the phone ring. Then they said the phones were not working. I called the store while my brother was on the phone with me and the phone was ringing in the store. How their phone isnt working but they called me at 3pm and I called them more than 10 times after that to reach back to them. Thats one of the main issues, lying about the phone not working. My brother said there was 3 people in there not doing anything. It was 7pm, one hour before close. Anyway then they offered me replacement items the flowers were not nice at all, not compared to the ones I wanted. Spent almost $200 and I tipped thinking they were working hard in there. I wish I never tipped. Also I had my brother pick up the order and take it himself to our mom at her job directly. And didnt even refund me my delivery fee. I paid $15 for delivery when my order never left that store location with an employee. My brother hand delivered the order to our mom. I would like my tip back and my delivery fee refunded. Worst experience with you guys. I dont see myself ordering here again.

  This place doesn't deserve stars. Some one needs to do something about this location. I have continued to give this location a try and every experience has been FRUSTRATING. You call the store no one answers. They make false delivery attempts. You pay for a service they could care less to provide. This is the 3rd time this specific location ruins a kind gesture, a celebration for me and my loved ones. If you can charge me and take my money why cant I rely on your services? I placed a order on the 23rd and paid for same day delivery for the 24th, a gift for my mothers birthday.... where is it?

  Placed an order today, order status was shown as delivered, went downstairs to grab it, delivery person never came inside the apartment. Will file a police report if I do not receive a refund or don’t have my order by the end of tomorrow Edit: It was just delivered, person marked it as delivered 35 minutes before it was delivered
