  I got it the day of Mother’s Day but the only issue is that after a day they don’t last long even after recovering it up and putting it in the fridge. It’s only good for the day you order it.They also need to work on better communication on the phone.

  I called an order in and was told it could be delivered at 5 PM, I was not told that delivery times are not guaranteed. The arrangement was delivered seven hours early. I do not recommend this store. They have poor customer service and follow up. Don’t waste your money, like I did $100 down the drain.

  I placed an order for Valentines. I ordered a large arrangement, over $90 with chocolate covered strawberry with a drizzled design which is also an extra fee. The arrangement came small and no drizzled strawberries. When I called the store, they said my arrangement was the correct size. I told them it is too small on the amount of fruit and the strawberries are incorrect. They out me on hold multiple times and the manager never called me back. Poor customer service!

  I received an ordered about a week ago from the 201 East 33rd Street location in Manhattan that I was unhappy with. I sent in a message to the store voicing my displeasure and a few days later I was called. I insisted on speaking to the manager but I was told the person I was speaking to would be able to help me. I was offered my entire order re-done. I was a bit surprised and skeptical but we scheduled a day for me to pick up my new order and in a few days I received my entire order all over again. The fruit was sweet and the chocolate was delicious. But the fruit and chocolate weren't the highlight. The highlight was Diego who went above and beyond and ensured that I was more than satisfied with my order. He stayed in constant communication with me from the beginning when he responded to my message until the end when I picked up my replaced order. Kudos to him for being a dedicated, professional, courteous and caring person. I can tell he loves working with customers and he loves his work.

  I was unable to contact the store in regards to my order! After I emailed a representative to cancel my order they still processed to deliver it! By the way it was delivered a day late! Please do yourself a favor and do not order from here!!!!
