  The previous reviews are correct — the customer service at this store was extremely disappointing. I placed an order through DoorDash earlier today. Since DoorDash didn’t give me an option to add a card, I called the store immediately and asked if they could simply include a card saying “Happy Anniversary.” The employee told me they hadn’t received the DoorDash order yet and asked me to call back in five minutes. About 10 minutes later, after I saw the store had accepted the order, I called again. Before I could finish explaining that I wasn’t asking to change the order, only to add a card, I was placed on hold. I remained on hold for approximately 30 minutes before hanging up and calling back. When she answered again, she told me the DoorDash driver was already there but the order would not be ready for at least another 20 minutes. The driver had already contacted me about the delay. At that point, I gave up on the card and just asked for the order to be completed. My issue isn’t that they couldn’t accommodate my request. It’s the way the situation was handled. A simple yes or no would have been completely understandable. Instead, I made multiple calls, spent 30 minutes on hold, never received a clear answer about the card, and the driver still had to wait for the order. For a business that specializes in gifts for special occasions, I expected much better communication and customer service. I would not order from this location again.

  Ordered via uber eats. Was meant to be a congratulations bunch. They just delivered random balloons that said Happy Anniversary, Thank you, etc. Do not recommend.

  The staff from this Edible Arrangements store was super helpful in getting my order right, especially Cisco. Cisco went above and beyond to ensure that my mom received a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers as well as a fruit arrangement. He was professional, heard my concerns with the original order / delivery, and was patient to make sure he got everything right. I am super grateful that he was able to make my mom’s birthday as well as Mother’s Day special!! 👏💕💐

  The 1st time my order was available an hour ½ after the set pickup time, part of the order was substituted with items they had in stock instead of what was listed online. So I should've quit while I was ahead but I needed a few more smaller items for the staff out that day so tried them again a week later for a smaller order. I called the day of to make sure it would be available on time and they say could not fulfill the order unless I came in person instead of sending someone else to pick up the order. Then got the run around from the store when I told them to cancel it. The wanted me to wait and let it clear as a no show, I assume rather than a cancelation.

  order never delivered. Your location is horrible you should be shut down by Edible corporate- If you can't deliver arrangement at least contact your clients or transfer the order to another location. anyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
