  I wish I could give this location ZERO star if I could. 1 star is me being too nice. I placed an online order for a pair of black flats on July 19th and received an email notification on July 20th that my flats were ready to be picked up. I did not have the chance for that whole week to pick up my flats due to my busy work schedule, but the store policy is that I have 1 week to pick it up. I was able to pick up my flats on Monday, July 26th. Prior to me arriving I have never picked up anything from this location, but I thought it would've been an easy -breezy pick up. It just so happens that I was waiting nearly 45 minutes at the ground floor while the staff was trying to figure out my order. My first interaction was with a guy who then had to call on another staff member to help me since they could not locate my order. She asked for the name of the flats, weird why she would request that instead of my order number. She then came back down with the box with the flats and then asked for my order number. When they put it through the system they then told me that my order was refunded to me in cash the following day after I placed my order, which is impossible since I work a 9 to 5. I then looked into my email and saw that it was refunded to me in cash on July 20th at 9:10 - which is wild because I would not have gone to a store for a cash refund if I paid online with a card for a shoe I really wanted and during working hours. It then took a manager to then tell me it was a glitch in the system and I would have to buy back the shoes (Which doesn't make any sense since I NEVER received a refund for the shoe!) and mentioned that she will investigate and look into the issue and took my number down. I've never received a phone call from the manager since this time. I was already running out of time to catch my train and told me they'll hold my purchase for the next day. That same night I contacted customer service and a representative told me that my refund is pending and they will put a courtesy of $5 in my account for the discrepency. To this day, I have never received my refund to my card for the flats not received the courtesy $5 to my online account. I even called DSW on August 3rd of my refund status explaining to them I need my refund! BOTTOM LINE: do NOT trust this store with any of your online purchases, they handed my money to an unauthorized person and who KNOWS what they will do to people's personal information. I will never shop at this location ever again. DSW on 125th street was a MUCH better location then this. I'd rather go to Rego Park or Gateway Mall for any of my future purchases. AVOID this location at ALL COSTS!!!
