  Store manager was unhelpful and rude. Her name was Nic. Product was worn indoors with no sign of wear but the manager refused to take the shoes back even with the receipt. the sandals caused terrible blistering after wearing them around the house for just one day I will never do business with them again. AVOID THIS STORE

  Extremely disappointing experience. Before purchasing, I asked multiple employees for sizing advice and specifically asked whether the shoes would stretch over time. Based on their recommendations, I bought the size they assured me would work. After wearing them, the shoes expanded so much that they would slip off my feet. More concerningly, the shoes caused a serious injury to my feet. After just one day of wear, I had to go to urgent care because a wound caused by the shoes would not heal properly and continued causing problems for weeks. When I returned to the store seeking help, an exchange, or assistance under the warranty, I was told it was a "comfort issue" and was sold an insole instead. The insole immediately misshaped the shoe, made the fit worse, and caused even more discomfort. My second wear was a complete disaster and left me in severe pain. I returned to the store again and also contacted customer service online, explaining that the product was defective and had caused an injury. At every step, I was told there was nothing they could do. The staff at this location were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I spent over $200 on a pair of shoes that I could barely wear, that caused an injury requiring medical attention, and that neither the store nor the company was willing to stand behind. I trusted their expertise, asked all the right questions before purchasing, and followed their recommendations. Instead of receiving support when things went wrong, I was left with an unusable pair of shoes and no meaningful assistance. The product failed, the customer service failed, and the warranty process was effectively nonexistent. I will never buy Dr. Martens again, and I would strongly discourage others from trusting the sizing advice or customer support at this location.
