  Great selection, what stands out though is the helpful and knowledgeable staff, who clearly love the product! Highly recommend an in store experience. (Salesperson who sold the men’s white-stitched, platform boots and socks, you were awesome)

  Had an excellent experience at this store. The team member, Jessie, that helped me was so patient and helpful- She dug out so many shoes for me to try and helped me research the exact shoe I was looking for. I wish there was a perfect shoe for me in store but with her help I was able to find exactly my shoe online. Honestly I wish she was my friend she was so great- I really wanted to give her the sale.

  I had such a great experience at the Herald Square location today. I came in not realizing that the shoes I had purchased online couldn’t be returned directly at the store and had to be shipped back through UPS. The associate who helped me — I believe her name was Denae — was so incredibly nice and helpful. She printed the return label for me, put it on the box, taped everything up, and showed me exactly where I could drop it off. She didn’t have to do any of that, but she went out of her way to make everything so easy for me. I ended up purchasing another pair of shoes while I was there, and she was wonderful throughout the whole experience. Amazing customer service and such a genuinely kind person. Thank you, Denae! You made my day! ❤️

  To employee 3005564 I came into your store on July 28 and purchased a pair of Jadon boots. Because I was traveling and didn't have room to carry them on the plane, I had them shipped to my home in Colorado. Unfortunately, the boots arrived damaged. They had not been laced or zipped, and they were not adequately secured or prepared for shipment. It was immediately apparent from the condition of the box that they had shifted during transit. I'm extremely disappointed. I specifically purchased them in-store because I wanted the experience of trying them on and purchasing them there, but in hindsight I would have been better off ordering them online. To make matters more frustrating, I've now learned that I can only return them in New York, despite living in Colorado. This leaves me with a damaged product and no reasonable way to resolve the issue. I'd appreciate your help in finding a solution. Given that the damage appears to have resulted from the way the boots were packaged for shipment, I hope you can arrange either a return or exchange without requiring me to travel back to New York.
