  I received excellent customer service from Que. He was friendly, helpful and professional. I bought a pair of shoes that weren’t in stock in store in my size - but he helped me order them on line - quickly and efficiently. Cant wait to get them delivered. Que was great - I’ll be back.

  Best shopping experience I’ve had in a while. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Shout out to my sales girl Ali she rocked and gave me good tips to see bigger calf sized for boots in the future. Overall great experience 10/10

  I was in search of a perfect sandal that I could rotate until the end of summer. The staff were very knowledgable and attentive, my sales associate gave me great advice and wasn’t just trying to throw styles at me. Will absolutely be coming back!

  If I could leave 0 stars I would and I have honestly never had such a poor experience with a brand in my life. I landed up contacting my bank after my product didn’t arrive, and not only did they initially refuse to refund me saying it was ‘final sale’ when it wasn’t, when they finally agreed to refund me, they said they would take a £15 return fee (for an item that never arrived that I therefore could not send back). Absolutely appalling! When contacting them via a chat, several people reply at once with generic names and they all give completely different answers so you get absolutely no where. I wasted hours trying to sort it, and when they eventually agreed to refund me within 1-3 days, I waited a month for a refund which was only issued once I threatened to take it further. Avoid this company like the plague.

  I just bought a new pair of shoes, which are pretty expensive even if the quality seems good. The seller gave me a pair of shoes that had already been used without informing me beforehand. There are stains on the leather, the soles are heavily worn, and even the shoe box is damaged. Very bad experience.
