Racist customer service* I visited the store on 09/25/26. Every single caucasian person that walked in the store and asked if they needed help. I walked in and was holding a pair of boots and the blonde girl with the ipad that was so happy to help everyone else did look in my direction but did not say anything to me. No greeting and not once did she ask me if I needed help. I had to go up to her and ask her to help me. After feeling the negative energy I walked out of the store. Maybe being brown made me look like I didn’t have $140 to spend. Bought a pair of Aquatalia boots instead for $399 which I am happy with.

Had a great experience just now with Stella and the male worker there! Got my very first DV shoe Unfortunately, the worker with blonde hair in a striped shirt did not seem welcoming to me but was the opposite with others.

Wow. I’ve always walked by this store and there’s always a crowd of extremely fashionable girlies in the store which deterred me from going in, thinking that the service must be slow, or that the store might be overhyped. BUT - I went over Labor Day weekend and like always it’s very crowded in the store, but somehow the staff members were super attentive, checked in with me frequently without being overbearing, and took care of all my requests very fast. Shoutout to Matthew who helped me today! Oh and the shoes are very comfortable too. Found my wedding shoes here!!

I received excellent customer service from Que. He was friendly, helpful and professional. I bought a pair of shoes that weren’t in stock in store in my size - but he helped me order them on line - quickly and efficiently. Cant wait to get them delivered. Que was great - I’ll be back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would and I have honestly never had such a poor experience with a brand in my life. I landed up contacting my bank after my product didn’t arrive, and not only did they initially refuse to refund me saying it was ‘final sale’ when it wasn’t, when they finally agreed to refund me, they said they would take a £15 return fee (for an item that never arrived that I therefore could not send back). Absolutely appalling! When contacting them via a chat, several people reply at once with generic names and they all give completely different answers so you get absolutely no where. I wasted hours trying to sort it, and when they eventually agreed to refund me within 1-3 days, I waited a month for a refund which was only issued once I threatened to take it further. Avoid this company like the plague.
