  The sales team was amazing. The customer service was professional and seamless from the time I walked in the door. I was doing an exchange of my bracelets we tried different sizes to see which size created a style of stacked bracelets I liked. I would definitely recommend shopping this location if you’re in NYC.

  From the second my husband and I walked in the door, Jeremy made us feel incredibly welcomed. He greeted us immediately and let us know he would send an associate our way as soon as one became available. It was genuinely the warmest greeting I've ever had, and it set the tone for a shopping experience I thoroughly enjoyed. I usually order my jewelry online because I've received terrible service from competitors in the past, but this visit completely changed my mind. I am going to exclusively shop here going forward. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

  Recent attempts to purchase 4 bracelets through their parents company Farfatch turned into night mare . Claims they sent and delivered pieces worth over 2500 $ are false and with this purchase attempt this bring me to position where I am forced to take legal and media actions for this unprofessional behavior.

  I had an exceptional experience at the David Yurman SoHo Boutique, all thanks to Amanie. From start to finish, she went truly above and beyond to help me find the perfect, meaningful pieces of jewelry for my daughter for Easter. Amanie’s communication was outstanding-punctual, consistent, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire process. She made everything seamless and stress-free, while also making me feel like more than just a customer. Her warmth, attention to detail, and sincere care made it feel like I was being helped by family. I can’t recommend Amanie enough-she is a true asset to David Yurman.
