  I’m in Seattle by buying form the flagship store or the SoHo stores in New York is often preferable due to the wide selection of pristine pieces. The only decent person is Alexis at the SoHo store. Recently, I was helped by Jaime at the flagship store. They went above and beyond to help me with a bracelet. However, for the last four days I have been trying to reach Jaime or anyone at the flagship store to help me purchase a second item. Texts are left on read, phone calls are not returned. Honestly it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and shows me that retaining me as a client was never the intent. The intent was to make a single sale and move on. It’s so unprofessional to ignore someone who is literally trying to buy a piece from in the store as it’s usually treated much better compared to the online inventory. I’m really disappointed in how I have been treated. Also because it needs to be called out, Mark C. from the online team is horrible to work with. He is so rude and unhelpful. DY please do better. An elite brand needs elite customer service. And I should know. I worked for Nordstrom where great customer service is the absolute top priority.

  Knew what I wanted went in asked for it , but instead of aquamarine stone the sold me blue topaz. The bracelet was a bit small too. I didn’t know until I flew back home that it was the wrong stone.
