  CHECK YOUR BAGS and BOXES before LEAVING! Upon walking into the store I was not greeted inspite of two women who walked in before me being greeted and assisted. I found the bracelet I wanted and asked for assistance. David, the associate walked over and after asking to see the bracelet he showed it to me. I tried it on then placed it down to admire it. Without any follow up questions regarding my thoughts he placed the bracelet back inside the showcase and when I asked why is he putting it back- he apologized and said he did not know I wanted to buy it and I replied I will buy it. He rang me up I paid in full with my credit card. He asked if I wanted to wear it out and I said no so he proceeded to get me a box, he handed me a gift bag with a ribboned box and my receipt for a purchase over $600.00 and I left the store. Approximately 40 minutes later he called to state I left the store without my bracelet. Inspite of paying , being given a receipt and bag- he failed to place my purchased product in the box. He offered to mail it and this was unacceptable for me after my experience. I made a complaint through DY customer service to only be told the manager of the store would need to assist. I called to speak with the manager who did not seem to initially listen to anything I was saying in a smug manner. Ultimately he offered to mail my product , drive it to me )which would not be possible since I was headed 7 hours away and seemed weird) , a private showing (as if I would spend more money there) and a refund. I decided on a refund although it would of been nice to have been offered a discount considering this bracelet was full price and not an outlet item. The point of going into a store and paying is to leave with my paid product. This ruined the surprise for the person I purchased it for and the overall experience was horrible!!! I will choose to take my money elsewhere. BTW I do own several DY pieces but after being treated this way I will not return to this store. Also note- all sales at this store are final including full priced items. So if your paying full price go elsewhere who offers a return system.

  We had an exceptional experience at this store. I walked in right before my wedding weekend in a bit of a panic. I was given a cuff bracelet from my fiancé and had planned to wear it as part of my wedding day jewelry. The week before it had broken and I didn’t know how to fix it. The team quickly worked together and found a solution so I was able to have the piece on our wedding day. Everyone was so kind and excited to help. The day was perfect, but made even better knowing that every detail of my outfit I had planned out was able to be worn! So thankful for this store!!

  Jorge Cepeda provided exceptional service at David Yurman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, making my shopping experience enjoyable and seamless. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients truly stand out. Thank you, Jorge, for the outstanding service! Highly recommended. My experience with Krista at David Yurman was very disappointing. I found her to be dismissive, unhelpful, and lacking the level of professionalism I expect from a luxury retailer. I did not feel valued as a customer, and the overall interaction left a negative impression of the store. Customer service should be welcoming and attentive. Thankfully, Jorge stepped in and provided much better assistance, which made a difference in my visit. Unfortunately, Krista’s service did not meet expectations.

  Security guard has more manners than the associates. No one even acknowledged us or said “Hi, I’ll be with you in a moment”. Poor customer service.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Iyana made my wife and me feel incredibly important from the second we walked in. She was kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us—not just making a sale. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. It turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a really special experience. We’ll definitely be back.
