  Jorge Cepeda provided exceptional service at David Yurman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, making my shopping experience enjoyable and seamless. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients truly stand out. Thank you, Jorge, for the outstanding service! Highly recommended. My experience with Krista at David Yurman was very disappointing. I found her to be dismissive, unhelpful, and lacking the level of professionalism I expect from a luxury retailer. I did not feel valued as a customer, and the overall interaction left a negative impression of the store. Customer service should be welcoming and attentive. Thankfully, Jorge stepped in and provided much better assistance, which made a difference in my visit. Unfortunately, Krista’s service did not meet expectations.

  Security guard has more manners than the associates. No one even acknowledged us or said “Hi, I’ll be with you in a moment”. Poor customer service.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Iyana made my wife and me feel incredibly important from the second we walked in. She was kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us—not just making a sale. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. It turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a really special experience. We’ll definitely be back.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at David Yurman thanks to David. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish… showing me available pieces, helping me compare options, ordering items for me, and making sure I was truly happy with my purchase. David was beyond patient in guiding me through everything without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He is extremely knowledgeable, clearly passionate about what he does, and has such a charismatic approach that makes the entire shopping experience enjoyable. He genuinely cared that I found the right pieces and checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied. Exceptional customer service like his is rare to find these days. I will absolutely continue shopping here and highly recommend asking for David… he is truly a gem!

  I recently purchased the Chatelaine necklace from David Yurman, and I have to say it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Sway assisted me, and they were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive throughout the entire process. They asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand what I was looking for, which made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. The level of care and customer service truly stood out🤩it didn’t feel like a typical sales interaction, but rather a personalized and genuine experience. Because of that, I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend asking for Sway if you visit!
