  I recently visited David Yurman and had a great experience from the moment I walked in. I had my eye on the DY Mercer necklace and was lucky enough to work with Hannah, who made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She was warm and welcoming right away, and she clearly knows the collections inside and out. She walked me through the details of the piece, explained how it would pair with other jewelry I already own, and let me take my time trying things on without ever making me feel rushed or pressured to buy. That kind of attentive, low key service is rare and made all the difference. The necklace itself is beautiful. The craftsmanship is exactly what you would hope for from David Yurman, and it is one of those pieces that works just as well with jeans as it does with something dressier. I have already gotten compliments on it. If you are considering a David Yurman purchase, I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Hannah. She made what could have been an intimidating experience feel comfortable and genuinely fun. I will absolutely be back the next time I am shopping for something special. Thank you, Hannah!

  for "A.C." they use (INDOORS) the old window-units with long cloth-tubes which (never containing) only reemit & recirculate the heat back into the room, but with extra energy expenditure, and these are like 20 foot ceilings!!! Also, I certainly didn't want "Sugary Bubbles" on a 90% humidity 90F crowded SoHo afternoon, but it really is funny that they only offered it to very old Caucasians who arrived already very drunk (IN THE AFTERNOON), but perhaps they're the ones most likely to forget. Meanwhile I made two purchases from this store back when I first moved here, and now that I am ready to make another purchase I trusted them with another investment, they really let me down, and I think they just need a "breath." I've certainly had a moment or two to take my own. Phew.
