- TRTanyali RondonJun 27, 20261.0Very disappointing shopping experience. The customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced in a luxury store. The sales associate, I believe her name was Lily, had an unfriendly attitude from the moment we walked in. During checkout, didn’t explain the warranty or after-sales services, and never mentioned that the shoes can be professionally stretched in the toe area if needed, she didn’t even ask for my email address and of course either we weren’t offered water or even champagne. On top of that, she didn’t offer me any alternative styles or try to help me find a better fit. I ended up going to the Horatio Street boutique, where the experience was completely different. The team there, Betsy, took the time to show me other options, explained everything thoroughly, and helped me exchange my Hot Chick pumps for the Miss Z, which turned out to be a much better fit. Unfortunately, this location fell far below those standards, while the Horatio Street boutique delivered the level of service I had expected from the beginning.
