  Please never get any items shipped. Absolutely horrible experience with "Speedx," the shipping company they use. Was told in store that my items would arrive in 10 days "at the latest," and it's been nearly two weeks of false "attempted delivery" messages. I tried calling customer service to have my items shipped through another provider, but they want to wait 5 more days before doing anything.

  I’ve been a big fan of Charles Tyrwhitt shirts for years and now buy them almost exclusively. The fit works especially well for me. I’m 5'9" and typically wear a 16 neck with 33 sleeve length in the extra slim fit, which fits my torso perfectly. Their selection is consistently strong, with a wide range of styles and fabric options, and I’ve been impressed with every one I’ve tried. It’s easy to find shirts that look sharp and feel comfortable. Shipping and availability have also improved significantly as they’ve expanded more in the U.S., which has made the overall experience even better. For the quality, I find their pricing to be very reasonable and a great value. I only order online and cannot speak to the store.
