  They charge you twice for exchanges then make you wait days to get your money back. Plus staff seems annoyed to acknowledge or deal with customers

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Charles Tyrwhitt during my visit to New York City to purchase a tie clip, and I was very impressed with the experience. The staff was welcoming, courteous, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. The tie clip is beautifully made, with excellent craftsmanship and a timeless design. The entire visit was quick, pleasant, and professional. I would gladly shop here again the next time I’m in New York City.
