  I tried to exchange a shirt and this bizarre salesman with a terrible beard, tried to make me pay for the one I received in exchange. It wasn't until I said I was walking out with the one I was trying to exchange that he stopped trying to swindle me. They should not let people like this work in their store.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Charles Tyrwhitt during my visit to New York City to purchase a tie clip, and I was very impressed with the experience. The staff was welcoming, courteous, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. The tie clip is beautifully made, with excellent craftsmanship and a timeless design. The entire visit was quick, pleasant, and professional. I would gladly shop here again the next time I’m in New York City.

  The entire team was so incredibly helpful and kind. The customer service we received was unlike any other from Selina. She understood we were pressed for time and had a specific ask and was able to support us with kindness. Moreover, we sadly left something important to us behind at the store and the entire team held it. When we arrived the next day the team and Sayed knew exactly where it was! Truly so thankful for the experience and the service during two trips!
