  I came here for the first time to buy some dress shirts, and overall I had a pretty good experience. The store was clean, well organized, and had a ton of options for different body types and sizes. The quality was good, the prices were reasonable, and I ended up finding exactly what I needed. My only issue was my experience with Von. Unfortunately, he came across as rushed, dismissive, and somewhat judgmental during my visit. Instead of feeling like he was trying to help me find the best shirt for my needs, it felt more like he was trying to make a sale and move on to the next customer. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for a little more guidance while figuring out what fit and style worked best for me. Instead, the interaction felt rushed, and I never really felt like he was interested in helping beyond the sale itself. Customer service is a big part of the shopping experience, especially when you're buying clothing, so that was disappointing. That being said, I'm happy with my purchase and would shop here again because the selection and prices were great. If you visit, I'd recommend working with a different associate if you're looking for a more personalized shopping experience. Unfortunately, my experience with Von wasn't a positive one.

  When I walked in, Nick was the one who had helped me. Nick was very attentive, knowledgeable, and he made everything so easy for me. I don’t mind staying in stores for a while, but it didn’t even take me more than 10 minutes! He asked me what I was looking to purchase, I told him I needed linen dress shirts but wasn’t sure of my size, and immediately he knew I was a medium shirt size. I tried on the shirt and it fit perfectly. Nick made me feel comfortable as a first time visitor, and he helped me out very easily. Everything went smoothly, from walking in to walking out with a purchase! Nice price deal too! The deal was pretty nice, 5 shirts for $255, making it $45 per shirt. I purchased the linen dress shirts for Summers in church, and they feel GREAT and fit perfectly. I loved my experience at the store in NYC on 6th Ave. Thank you Nick! Tony.

  My flight was super delayed and needed to look sharp for a dinner appointment. Had no time to go home, dress and be on time for my meeting. Went straight to the city. This location is around the corner from the restaurant and I walked in and said; dress me! Head to toe they took care of me and all went well. Was very impressed with the speed and attention and appreciated the way in which the salesman made sure my shirt was steamed and ready to go. I think his name was Takir but I don’t recall. Very kind.
