  Extremely poor customer service. The store accidentally gave us a shopping bag containing four shirts that weren’t ours. As soon as we arrived at our hotel and noticed the mistake, we immediately called the store and returned the bag. The sales associate who had helped us with our large purchase saw us come back but didn’t acknowledge us or ask why we had returned. After I finally got his attention and explained the situation, his response was simply, “OK, sorry.” The employees could definitely benefit from better customer service training. No more shopping at Charles Tyrwhitt

  Good shirts, but completely incompetent sales staff. Once you know your size it’s better to just shop online.

  Been a CT member for years. Get all my shirts from there, can't compare the quality though the prices are hight. Got a promo in the mail and decided to get a few new shirts for summer on my way to the office. And with a suit the shirt has to look just right. Devin really took care of me and sized me up perfectly. Made sure my shirts fit cleanly and just the right size. He could be sizing up models on the runway- he's that good. Will be back there ofr sure

  The seller Bernadette delivered TERRIBLE service. She was in a bad mood and was bothered by anything I asked. After I payed and looked at the receipt I realized that she didn’t apply any of the discounts. Then she “fixed it” although I still have not gotten the confirmation for it. She gave me a new receipt and said “you can leave now”
