  Poor management and accountability at this location. I Shopped at the store on a Monday, letting the sales rep know that I had a wedding to attend on Friday. The pants I was looking for was not available in my size at the store, but the sales rep ensured me that he could have the size transferred from one of their other locations to the store by either Wednesday or Thursday the latest. The sales rep took my name my phone number and said he would contact me on either Wednesday or Thursday to let me know that the pants had come in. Not only was I not contacted on either Wednesday or Thursday, but when I went to the store on Thursday, the sales rep I had dealt with was not in and None of his coworkers had any idea what I was talking about. the pants had not been picked up and was not available for me to Leave with. One of the employees had Stated that the pants were at another location that was close by, implying that if I was to go to this other store, I would be able to get them today. Of course, I declined this as this was not my issue, but that of the employees of the store at Roosevelt Field. Finally, I returned a third time at 10 AM when the store opened, the employee that had gone to pick up my pants was not there and I ended up having to wait another 45 minutes until he came in to finally pick up my purchase four days after my first time there. To whoever is responsible for reading these reviews from customers, there needs to be a system of accountability to ensure that all customer request are followed up on, so that no other customers have to go through what I have gone through today

  Went into this store for the first time today to look for dress shirts. I received help from Jeffrey who was very knowledgeable and friendly!

  Top notch attention and quality of shirts, My future son in law and I purchased a half dozen shirts, Miller, the associate, was extremly professional and attentive....love the shirts and service, best deal ...price and quality....at the mall for mens shirts..period

  Amazing help given from Tyreek Wyllie. He was able to help me find the best shirts for my occasion and was super friendly. He was great at helping me what I was looking for and finding the perfect size!
