  Superb experience at the Grand Central Terminal Store on 42nd. Selection, price and quality of Men’s dress shirts are excellent, The staff are as good as you will find. Jean was superb, as he worked out every detail. The purchases arrived at my door step just a few days later. Perfect.

  almost never review places, but came to exchange an online purchase for goods in store, and store manager arthur was able to do this in 5 min. Took my measurements, gave me advice, didn't push anything, and was incredibly attentive. im sure there are bad experiences but he made my visit pleasant
