- TCTiffany Smith CofieldSep 7, 20265.0I loved my experience with Keri. After a not so great experience at Saint Laurent, I wanted new shades. I ended up stopping at Chanel before leaving Saks and was happy I did. Keri was so kind and helpful. She saw the irritation on my face from what happened at YSL 😂 I left Chanel with some cute shades and CC studs. Susan was also very nice as well. For my first experience with Chanel, it was pretty good. Definitely will be buying more from the brand in the future
- EOEsther OlaisenJul 13, 20261.0I walked into the store and no staff came to greet me. I waited for quite a long time before a sales associate attended to me. I couldn’t find the color I wanted, and the salesperson had a really unenthusiastic attitude. It’s not that I couldn’t afford the item, but the whole shopping experience was really disappointing.

- NLNICOLE LIUMay 14, 20261.0The attitude of the employees here is very bad. I want to buy sunglasses, but none of them helped me introduce them. I don't know what they are doing!
