I was there in April and my sales associate Jennie was able to find a previous season jacket for me. I loved it but I’m also pregnant and when I arrived home to Seattle I decided I should have bought a bigger size. Jennie was lovely and helped me exchange it very quickly and easily. Great store and staff!
