  I had tailoring done here for my jacket. I dropped it off and was told they would give me a call when it is ready. The expected finish time would be around 10 weeks. After 10 weeks, nobody gave me a call so I walked in to ask. One of the male sales associate said, “if they have not called you, it is not ready.” Later when I check again with the tailors, it turns out it was ready 2 weeks ago but nobody gave me a call. They also lost the garment bag I brought in with my jacket and it took them forever to give a replacement. Unfortunately I don’t think I will buy any Chanel from this experience. The store barely had anything in stock either.

  This is a small boutique with a very small and selective selection of items. I came in here on a day after work with a chanel boutique gift card that was given to me as a present for my birthday by a colleague. I bought a Chanel perfume with it retailing $130 and was a very easy costumer. I already knew what I wanted. To be completly honest, the attention given to me was very poor. When it came to any samples or anything complimentary they gave me 1 small male’s cologne sample when I’m a woman buying a woman’s fragrance. What I also felt off about was the lady tending to me took me to the back of the store behind a curtain to check me out. It just felt sad Even though I used a gift card and bought a perfume, it shouldn’t discourage me from being treated as any other customer. I never got this treatment in other shops or department stores, I just truly expected something more professional at a Chanel boutique.

  Refused me entrance because they said they were done for the night. 2 minutes later they let 2 white women in. Racism should not be allowed! Black Lives Matter!!

  Poor customer service. Had an appointment, told them exactly what I wanted (which they had in stock), they told me to look around and someone would come assist me. People walked in without appointments and got helped right away. No one came to me after minutes of strolling. Bought the shoes from Neiman Marcus sales associate instead.
