  Decided to swing by since I was around the area in hopes I can find the sneakers I’ve been wanting, but the employee who greeted me at the door said there was a 45 min wait and said she can put me on the waiting list! What the heck? I replied oh, no thanks and she just smiled and said ok with no care in the world. Assuming they’re limiting people inside because they recently got robbed? Anyways, don’t come here if you don’t need to!

  갔는데 문 앞 안내하는 키 약간 작은 여성 직원분부터 너무 예의가 없습니다. 들어가도 되냐 물었는게 문 너머 고개 깔고 눈 치켜 올리고 아무말없이 가만히 5초간 쳐다보네요. 이게 샤넬의 고객 응대 방식입니까? 기분 나빠서 들어가지도 못 했네요. 리뷰 정말 드물게 남기고 이런 거 귀찮아하는 사람인데 제 시간과 노력 들여 리뷰 남기고 갑니다. 다시는 이 매장 안 갑니다. 직원 교육 똑바로 시키세요. I visited this store, and from the moment I arrived, the female employee at the entrance who appeared to be in charge of letting customers in was incredibly rude. I asked if I could come in, and instead of answering, she stood on the other side of the door with her head tilted down, looked up at me, and just stared at me silently for about five seconds. Is this really how Chanel trains its employees to treat customers? The interaction was so unpleasant that I didn’t even bother going inside. I very rarely leave reviews and honestly find writing them to be a hassle, but this experience was bad enough that I’m taking my own time and effort to leave one. I will never return to this location. Please train your staff properly on how to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect.

  One of the sales associates was rude. I asked her for details about the size of a bag and whether another size was in stock, but it seemed like she either had incorrect information or didn’t have sufficient product knowledge to answer my questions. Her attitude also came across as cold and impatient, which made the overall experience unpleasant

  Thank you Nataya for helping me sample Allure Sensulle for the first time! I’ve never been to a Chanel store, although I’ve been wearing their scents my whole life. I felt welcomed and everyone was so friendly. Beautiful store, thank you!

  Very disappointing service experience. There were several sales associates who appeared to be free, but none of them made any effort to assist or even acknowledge customers. I had to stand around without receiving any attention, which made me feel completely ignored. For a luxury brand like Chanel, I expected much better customer service. The attitude and lack of attentiveness were extremely disappointing. I hope the store takes customer service and staff training more seriously.
