  I hope I can give zero stars if possible. Chanel charges luxury prices but delivers substandard service. The sales associate was dismissive from the start. After a month-long wait for coat tailoring, I got it back with a needle still embedded in the fabric — a safety hazard, not just a quality lapse. This is inexcusable for any brand, let alone one at this level.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Long wait time for one to one service. Our sales associate was awkward and dismissive did not want to help us so we just left.

  Worst Chanel experience in every city I have been. I wanted to buy shoes that weren’t available at Saks. 1. Wait extremely long in line (being actually 3rd), 2. Personnel apologise and explain that with „unique ceremonies” 3. In the meantime they suggest downloading a 3rd party app that doesn’t help you and just steals your data. 4. When you finally go in, no-one pays no attention to you as a customer. 5. They don’t have shoes I was looking for. And yes, they had that model in Bergdorf Goodman across the street.

  I have came here to this location. Numerous times. I have 2 reps that I work with and have specifically asked for. The guy at the door said one of them don’t work here anymore which. I know isn’t an accurate statement as a matter of fact one of them is inside as we speak. I want to buy a bag and can’t get inside. Also this is not the first time this has happened they tell you to book an appointment but you can’t book appointments. This place is ridiculous. I see multiple sales people standing here doing nothing and the manager at the door not even paying attention. What is disturbing is they are telling me the sales people don’t work here anymore but I know as a fact they do. I don’t get what they are trying to g to accomplish by doing this.

  Very rude staff, they keep you standing outside without even opening the door to tell you that there is a line in face. Just showing you gestures with their hands and keep you waiting outdoors in the cold for whatever time they wish. After you finally get in there you get treated with lots of disrespect and rudeness, no one is willing to help and they literally being mean to you. One of the employees named Courtney gave me the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced, being extremely rude straight to my face and refusing to help me with exchanging the size of my shoes while previously I got already approved for it in the different Chanel store and they just didn’t have my size. Got me very upset and told me to go to a different store because she is refusing to help me and humiliating me. Very unprofessional and low for such a big brand and especially flagship store. I’m never coming back there again. They don’t even care how much of a big customer you are, especially if your nice and polite, they will treat you like trash..
