  Honestly one of the worst channel stores I’ve been to in my life. I come here to spend money not to beg for things. We have a very very strong profile even with that they treat customers horribly. The service is disgusting the most they ever did was say thank you when I left after buying the items. Keep in mind I did get a total of 8 items and was being treated horribly. Genuinely if you are a good channel customer avoid this one at all costs and go to the one on Maddison. If Chanel team are reading this please work on your staff service honestly horrible never again.

  I visited the Fifth Avenue boutique today intending to shop for shoes and a handbag. A male sales associate was standing at the counter and was not assisting anyone. When I approached him for help, he repeatedly turned away, avoided eye contact, and acted as though he could not hear me. Only after I spoke to him multiple times did he respond by saying, “I prefer you find somebody else to help,” and pointed me to a manager. The female manager was standing nearby, not assisting any customers, and watched the entire interaction. She saw that I was trying to get assistance, yet made no effort to help. Instead, she simply stood there and waited for me to walk over to her before responding. I was then told that I would need to wait again for assistance. Before leaving, I confirmed with staff on the first floor that associates were in fact available to help customers. Based on this experience, it appeared that sales associates were choosing which customers they wanted to assist, rather than customers being able to shop and receive assistance when needed. I left without making any purchases and took my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointing service.

  i’d been putting off going into a boutique to order extra links for my watch since i lost the spares i had. i was assisted by Celine and Peter [their onsite watch service specialist (potentially watch maker?)] who were both extremely friendly and seemed happy to help despite it being such a small service need. the links came faster than i was expecting meaning i was able to pick up my watch just 7 days after dropping it off. Yu-Wei assisted me when i picked it up and helped with the sizing. she was also friendly despite having to take the watch back three times to get the size right. all in all im impressed and appreciative of everyone at the service center being such outstanding professionals. if you’ve been putting off any of your service needs i’d highly recommend this location as i can’t say enough positive things about everyone there.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience at the Chanel 57th Street Boutique in New York City was absolutely exceptional and one I will never forget. I was visiting as part of my birthday celebration weekend, and Whitney provided outstanding service from beginning to end. She was warm, knowledgeable, patient, and truly made me feel valued as a client. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating a personalized experience made my visit incredibly special. I would also like to recognize the boutique manager, whose name I unfortunately do not remember. After learning I was celebrating my birthday, he went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. He surprised me with a beautiful Chanel gift bag filled with Chanel products and had champagne brought over for my friends and me so we could toast to my birthday. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that truly touched my heart. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team was remarkable. What started as a shopping trip became one of the most memorable parts of my birthday celebration. Every detail reflected the luxury, elegance, and customer experience that Chanel represents. I cannot thank Whitney, the manager, and the entire team enough for making me feel so celebrated. I will gladly recommend the Chanel 57th Street Boutique to family, friends, and colleagues, and any future Chanel purchases I make will be through this boutique.
