  I had a great experience here yesterday . Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the young lady who helped me, but she was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. She offered me many different options, was very patient, helpful, and never made me feel rushed. She was also very kind and pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service — I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this place.

  Unprofessional, careless service. Many items are not on display, and I felt like I needed to beg for the stuff to show them me (they refused). Wonderful brand, many great branches around the city, just avoid this one.

  Tights ripped the second I put them on. Sales associate told me they are rip free and assured me they would fit. Went back to the store and they couldn’t refund me or offer any actual helpful service. Don’t promise customers something that you can’t deliver on. $27 for tights that rip like they’re the dollar tree ones! Not even the 99 cent store tights rip this easily! I’m 5 feet and very petite, in what world would a small not fit me. Bad quality and service avoid at all costs.
